Here are pix from random events from the past couple of weeks. I didn't have my camera half the time or my battery was dying, so I had to borrow some pix from Sarah. Sorry there aren't a lot of pix. First was Kat's bday/going away dinner/clubbing (081906) :

Here are a few from Paulo's going away get-together (082306) :

Here are a couple of pix of AJ and Jocelyn from this past weekend =) A.J.'s soo big for 10 mths and Jocelyn's soo tiny for 4 1/2 mths...

Oh.. and A.J.'s beginning to walk on his own ^_^ soo exciting.. He's hesitant to walk at my house because of the tiles, but once he's at James' house, he goes crazy.. soo kyoot!! =)

Happy Father’s Day!!! =)  To the second half of a whole person, fathers are the ones who help keep each family happy, healthy and strong. There are a lot of fathers who doesn’t really play the role they are supposed to, but there are those who try to be the best parent/husband they can. It doesn’t take a lot to satisfy the needs of each family member, so fathers should know how appreciated they are. Happy Father’s Day to my dad, James, Dan, and all the other fathers out there!

From my last post, James was supposed to fix my internet which wasn’t real successful. Since his internet was going out at his house, he had the guy come out to fix it. They couldn’t figure out the problem, so they just changed the modem and now he has a faster internet connection. Therefore, he comes to the conclusion that all I need is a new modem at my house since we’ve had the same one since we first got internet. Since it wasn’t the exact same problem, I’m not too sure that that will fix the problem. We’re going to try and replace it soon, so hopefully that’ll resolve this issue. We’ll see.

And now time to gripe… Of course everyone always seems to have a problem with Roxy’s. Last night was no different. We were originally supposed to go to Paris, but because it was Brian and Tan’s birthdays, everyone decides to head to Roxy’s. When we got there, Dae wasn’t able to get in b/c his pants were supposedly too baggy. Which, of course in our eyes, wasn’t the case. The funny thing about it was that he always goes there dressed in a suit, but the one time he doesn’t, that’s when he gets kicked out. So the bouncer said he can come in only if he gets a VIP table and buys a bottle.. He was all “WTF?!?” He’s not frugal when it comes to drinking either. He was just pissed that he got turned away, so he wasn’t about to give em his money. As we’re walking back to the car, another group of guys were asking us if we were leaving, too. They also got kicked out b/c of their clothes. Atleast it wasn’t just an Asian thing =P But then again, those guys were just real ghetto. We ended up going to Paris instead. Later, we heard that Alex couldn’t get in either.. of course b/c of the dress code, so they met up with us at Paris. In the less than 2 hours that we had at Paris, we actually ended up having more fun there. Sarah agrees =) I guess being kicked out of Roxy’s just gave us a reason to party harder at Paris =P

Since I haven't been able to update lately, here are pictures from random events since my last post. Enjoy!

Happy Mother’s Day to all the mothers out there!! I’ve always known and understood the difficulty of being a mother.. all that they do, all the complications they overcome, but also all the joys that are presented to them. However, with being a new mom, I have a new found appreciation for my mother. I was only able to sympathize with her whenever she had motherly troubles, but now I can empathize with her. Mothers are the heart of every household.. Don’t worry fathers, your time will come =)

Anywho.. to update.. James is currently working on getting my internet to work. Last weekend was AJ’s baptism. Thanks to everyone who were able to make it out and join us in witnessing AJ’s acceptance into God’s love and guidance. Today, James took me to Leu Gardens with AJ, then we went to the Filipino mass, after that we went to P.F. Chang’s with James’ family. It was nice to spend time with family. Okie.. g’nite to all! =)

Oh oh.. don’t know when’s the next time I’ll get the chance to update, so Happy super early bday to Gregg… you’re making the turning point into the next decade.. wow!! And happy bday to Jenni, too.. Sorry we wouldn’t be able to make it to any upcoming celebrations since we’ll be in Atlanta for my sister’s baby’s baptism. We’ll be thinking about you guyz.
